Background

Kobla is the Chairman of KQ Group in Swaziland and has recently been appointed the Honorary Consular General for the Republic of Ghana in the Kingdom. He is also a partner in Moteane, Quashie and Associates in Lesotho.

Kobla has for many years been involved in management consulting. He has also undertaken various related assignments for international organisations like UNDP, SIDA, SADC, REDSO, GTZ, EU, USAID and African Development Bank. These consultancies have taken him to Lesotho, Botswana, Mozambique, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire, United States of America, France and Switzerland. He was involved in the consultancy assignment for the Metolong Authority in Lesotho for the design of appropriate systems for service delivery including job descriptions and financial procedures.

He has undertaken several consultancies in Swaziland for Government and various organizations. As a leading management consultant, he has also conducted and facilitated a number of consultancies, seminars, trainings and workshops for the Swaziland Government and the private sector.
